In August 2025, our company's commissioning team returned to the Haidong Hongshi site to provide technical services and operational guidance. The supporting KDN-30000 (250Y) air separation unit (ASU) for this project, supplied by Hangzhou Chuangkong General Equipment Co., Ltd., successfully passed commissioning in January 2025 and has been connected to the grid for commercial operation.

This ASU utilizes a dual-column nitrogen generation process featuring molecular sieve adsorption purification and turbo-expander refrigeration. The cold box is designed with a skid-mounted structure. The unit delivers a nitrogen production capacity of 30,000 Nm³/h and a liquid nitrogen output of 250 L/h, with an operational turndown ratio of 40%–100%. This is a comprehensive turnkey project supplied and installed by Chuangkong.

In recent years, with the booming new energy sector, Hangzhou Chuangkong, as a leading domestic ASU manufacturer, has successively provided multiple nitrogen generation systems to new energy enterprises, including silicon material and battery material producers. Performance test data for all equipment has consistently exceeded the contractually guaranteed values, with some projects achieving a specific power consumption of less than 0.2 kWh/Nm³. Furthermore, the adoption of skid-mounted cold boxes across these projects has significantly enhanced equipment quality and system safety, ensuring stable operation and providing peace of mind for our clients.
