On November 23, 2025, Hangzhou Chuankong General Equipment Co., Ltd. organized and held a secondary detailed design review meeting in Hangzhou for the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site (Phase II) project. The equipment under review included a 300m³ liquid nitrogen storage tank, a methane pressurization vaporizer, a methane unloading vaporizer, a liquid nitrogen re-warming device, and a liquid oxygen pressurization vaporizer. Attendees included Hainan International Commercial Space Launch Co., Ltd., the Beijing Institute of Space Launch Technology, and Sichuan Air Separation Equipment (Group) Co., Ltd. A review panel was established for the meeting. The panel listened to Hangzhou Chuankong's detailed design reports for the 300m³ liquid nitrogen storage tank and the aforementioned vaporizers and re-warming devices. Following discussions and inquiries with the experts, it was concluded that the designs for these equipment were comprehensive and accurate, with clearly defined interfaces and functional performance metrics meeting all technical requirements. The equipment is now approved for production.
